This is really great info, as always. Thanks! I'm staying tuned for anticonvulsants. I'm on Lamotrigine, which seems like it would have a weak interaction (I think it blocks some calcium channels). Also since it was my area of research as an undergrad neuropsych student, I'm always curious about cannabinoids. I'm not up to date on the literature there but CBD/THC are very common and people don't pay enough attention to interactions (and often don't mention use to prescribers or pharmacists!).

Thank you very much for sharing this information. Is there are any information about interactions with L-Arginine or L-Cirtulline? As I understand it these amino acids aid vessel dilation. Would there be any reason for interaction with Nattokinase? Is there any information on this. Thanks again for the great information you're providing

You covered SSRIs, but what about DNRI (Wellbutrin/ bupropion)?

Many with POTS have been using it for years.

What about spironolactone or leukotriene blocker of either Singular or AKBA Boswellia Serrata that many of us with LC driven MCAS take with the listed H1/H2's?

Hey, can you still ingest thc via edible if you take nattokinase?

What about Ivermectin? A case report below is concerning since Warfarin and nattokinase have some similarities.

Hi! I came across a fellow longie on fb who was faring well with large doses of ibuprofen (nsaid) and I referred him to your list as he was also taking natto (and stated it doesn’t work) to notice they weren’t on the list. Any ideas? I would personally steer clear of all nsaid but if you’re desperate… I’m considering nicotine patches and guanfacine too, which are also not on the list. :) love your work!

Nattokinase and Natto K2 are not the same thing. Nttokinase and Natto are not the same thing. Nattokinase does not have K2 in it. The study you link in your second paragraph is talking about Natto K2.

The amount of quality work you post here is incredible! A lot of work here. This community is absolutely blessed to have you. Looking forward to the results of the latest survey too. Are there communities online where someone with a scientific background could share their skills (on non-crash days)?

Hello, I take Adderall, and noticed a lot of side effects after taking nattkinase (anger, shaking, anxiety, panic attacks), I've had to start taking nk on break days. Does serrapeptase react with Adderall like nk? I've found it helps similar to nk, but can I take it after Adderall?

Thanks so much for all the work you do!

When you have the time could you please look into interactions between triptans and NK? Many people, especially women, already take triptans for migraines. I personally would be especially interested in interactions with sumatriptan.

This study says something about transport of triptans and Pgp, but I don't know what exactly! :-) https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC6309430/

Thanks in advance!

Hello, I have been experimenting weird symptoms for the last 4 months but since my mammo, lung xray and d-dimer are normal the doc says it is stress. I can hardly believe it because the pattern has been evolving and the roads of the pain are certainly like those of my arteries. So: four months ago, possibly after being exposed closely to s.o. who just got boosted (I myself have only had 1 JandJ shot), i started to have a pressure feeling on the upper left chest. It was not continuous, just now and then. A month later, it felt more like a muscle knot. Also non continuous. The third month, I was smoking a bit more (2-3 cigarettes a day instead of 1 a day) and the knot/pressure feeling was continuous for a month. I then stopped completely for 10 days and the feeling/slight pain was almost gone. I had started to take ca 150mg aspirin, sometime 300 per day, and I felt real amelioration, going with no sensation for 24 hours at time. At that time, I finally got prescribed mammo, echo, lung xray, ecg and blood tests and all was "normal". But the pain was/is still here and seems triggered by sugar and carbs. Since 6 weeks, it also goes into my arm and shoulder. I have now completely stopped smoking after I noticed it triggered the pain. After aspirin stopped making effect i turned to supplements with the following result: multivitamin makes pain! same with mikroplankton! vit d is ok but k2 makes pain! orange juice or vit c. lower the pain. When the pain is triggered (sugar, fat, some carbs not all) it then stays for a couple of hours, always starting from the upper left chest, but radiating into shoulder and scapula. Black garlic caps worked but rather with 2 caps of 300mg than with one only. I am already gluten free for 2 years (was attacking my bowel with air seriously) and avoid anything processed or fried for ages... I am now left alone in the supplements jungle and am looking for ppl who can give me advice. I have bought netto and resveratrol but I am now afraid of taking too many blood thinners. After first resveratrol this morning i was fine, but lunch triggered pain and a microplankton cap launched a strong shoulder pain and feeling of warm blood for 4 hours, until it reaches the back in the scapula and stays there while the chest is not painful as such anymore.
